The Summer Sessions ran on Tuesday afternoons throughout the summer holidays. Originally programmed to be AV and Art sessions for 11 - 17 year olds, the programme was able to extend to include all ages family-friendly drop-in sessions and to connect emerging AV artists with industry professionals.

The skills covered included: VJ skills using industry software, digital graffiti and street art, cut out art, screen printing, DIY multiples badge making, projection mapping, SLR photography, cyanotype printing, Saori loom weaving, clay modelling, dry point etching.

Feedback from participants:

“It was really enjoyable and inclusive.’; ‘The teaching was clear and I had loads of fun’; ‘It went smooth and I learnt new things’

A small selection of the work made during these sessions has been on display in our We Made This celebration exhibition at the Suffolk Building Society and for our annual Fish Friendly Fireworks projections on the iconic Tide Mill museum.
